REFUND POLICY:

Thank you for choosing Spiral & Seed Nature Botanicals.  We take great pride in creating high-quality, effective, and safe products that are gentle on your skin and the environment.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.  All sales are final.  Our products are made with natural ingredients and are free from harmful chemicals and synthetic additives.  We encourage our customers to carefully read the full ingredients list before making a purchase for any possible allergens.

SHIPPING POLICY:

We understand how important it is to receive your products in a timely and efficient manner. We want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase and have a positive experience shopping with us. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. If an order is placed on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Options:

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs and typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive. We also offer expedited shipping for an additional fee, which typically arrives within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Restrictions:

We currently only ship within the United States. We cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

International Shipping:

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier's website.

Shipping Delays:

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery of your products, shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or carrier delays. We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the carrier.

Shipping Policy: Packages Marked as Delivered but Not Received - Non-Responsibility Clause

We understand that situations may arise where a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier but is not received by the customer. While we empathize with such circumstances, it is important to note that once a package has been marked as delivered, Spiral & Seen Nature Botanicals assumes no responsibility for any lost or stolen items. We have established the following policy to clarify our position:

1. Delivery Confirmation: We utilize reputable shipping carriers that provide delivery confirmation for our packages. This confirmation includes tracking information and the status of the package, including whether it has been marked as "delivered." The delivery confirmation serves as proof that the carrier successfully delivered the package to the address provided.

2.Verification of Delivery Address: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided during the order placement is accurate and complete. We recommend double-checking the delivery address to minimize any potential delivery issues.

3.Investigation Process: If a package is marked as "delivered" but the customer claims it has not been received, we encourage the customer to follow the steps outlined below:

a. Contact Carrier: The customer should promptly contact the shipping carrier responsible for the delivery to inquire about the status of the package. The carrier will have access to additional details and may be able to provide further assistance or clarification regarding the delivery.       

b. Neighbors and Building Management: It is advisable to check with neighbors or the building management, as there are instances where packages are mistakenly delivered to an adjacent location within the same vicinity.                                                                                               

c. Local Authorities: If the package is still unaccounted for after exhausting the above steps, we recommend contacting local authorities to report the situation and file a claim if necessary.

4. No Liability: Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, Spiral & Seed Nature Botanicals assumes no liability for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur to the package or its contents. We are not responsible for replacing or refunding items in such cases.

We encourage all customers to ensure the security of their delivery locations, consider using delivery instructions, or utilize available services such as signature requirements or package insurance, where applicable.
